Good to know

Vendor guidelines

  • Handmade, homemade, and small-business goods only — no direct resale of mass-market items
  • One vendor per direct-sales company; first paid application holds the category
  • Vendors handle their own sales, change, and sales tax
  • Booths stay set up until closing — no early teardown
  • Nothing taped, tacked, or hung on the walls
  • Space is confirmed only when payment is received

Step two

Vendor application

Takes about five minutes. You'll hear back within one week with your booth assignment and payment instructions. Questions before you apply? Email Jackie Murphy, Music & Media Director, at MusicDirector@holyredeemer.church.

Vendor information

This is where your confirmation and booth assignment will go.

We'll tag you when we promote the bazaar.

What you're selling

We limit each company to one vendor, so this helps us avoid overlap.

Booth & setup

Changing this updates the total above.

Silent auction — optional

We run a silent auction alongside the bazaar. Proceeds are split between Holy Redeemer and Mission of Hope. Donating an item is a good way to get your name in front of every shopper who walks the table — donors are credited on the bid sheet and in our thank-you posts.

Donated items must be at the church by Sunday, October 11, 2026.
Questions about the auction? Email Jackie Murphy, Music & Media Director, at MusicDirector@holyredeemer.church.

Agreement
  1. Booth fees are non-refundable. The bazaar happens rain or shine.
  2. I'll stay set up through closing and clear my space by the end of teardown.
  3. I'm responsible for my own sales, change, and sales tax reporting.
  4. Holy Redeemer Lutheran Church isn't liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
  5. My items fit the guidelines above and are appropriate for a family, church-hosted event.

Applying doesn't reserve a booth. We'll email you payment instructions once you're approved.

Application received

Thanks — we've got it. Watch your email over the next week for your booth assignment and how to pay.
